This architectural intervention consisted of opening the plot and making it permeable to its surrounding area, creating a number of homogeneous volumes joined by glazed corridors and walkways. The complex takes into account spatial relations with the environment and its topographic structure, also achieving the best properties of the open block for the open-ended residences. Furthermore, and considering bioclimatic criteria, the blocks’ organisation aims to optimise their orientation.

Thanks to the discontinuity of structural elements, free common areas join up with the urban landscape and enhance it. The use of vegetation and water in the interior courtyard provide it with a microclimate that improves conditions of comfort, especially in summer.
