The real estate group Neinor outlined the construction of a unique high-rise building with 51 dwellings, garages, storage rooms and healthy family leisure areas in the Madrid Rio area. The unique project became a reality, offering sustainable architecture and landscaping to an area that Madrid is rapidly recovering around the Manzanares river. It is a new focus of urban centrality, born on both banks of the Manzanares river.

It generates a volume of terraces and planters which offer a green image to the city and complement the regulation of solar radiation in the houses.
