Founded in 1974 by Julio Touza, Touza Arquitectos is a leading studio in Spain specializing in residential, rehabilitation and sustainability.
Therefore, we understand this profession as a social responsibility, one that commits us to the well-being of people and the balance of the city.
Space, light, and matter are elements that, in our hands, transcend mere beauty to serve, above all, life.
We design by engaging with the future, harmonizing sustainable technologies with respect for history so that this legacy will be useful to future generations.
This mission is shared by our multidisciplinary team of over 60 people (architects, interior designers, urban planners) who combine experience, creativity, and passion.
This extensive experience reinforces our drive forward, maintaining the same enthusiasm with which Julio Touza began this journey.
Throughout its history, the Studio has received commissions from all types of clients and institutions, both public and private.
From large corporations and investment funds to public entities, social housing cooperatives, and private developers, the firm’s diverse clientele reflects its varied work.
