This project decided to limit the setback along all the borders of the plot to improve the quality of the homes, create more open zones inside the plot and incorporate greater space for common use. The result is an ordered project of solid volumes, interpreting signs of formal rupture on the corners of the blocks with entrance terraces.

The structure is made more dynamic thanks to the use of state-of-the-art materials and elements of colour combined with textures of breathable plaster, glass and steel. All this is backed by a design that involves bioclimatic benefits thanks to the buildings’ double orientation, the use of vegetation, water and other energy-saving elements such as photothermal panels and bioclimatic chimneys.
