The building’s image exhibits a balanced formal composition and a rational arrangement of volumes, clearly differentiating the exterior and interior facades, in view of the double orientation of all the houses and the marked “daytime” nature of the outer facade, with the more domestic, modular one (bedrooms) on the inside.

The kitchens and areas for hanging out the washing have a “second skin” blocking views from the outside and protecting them from direct sunlight, without reducing the view from the inside. Interior facades are more sober and contained, highlighting the vertical composition of the window openings and their rhythmic arrangement along the facades, and the layout of parasols on the southern and western sides.
