The Bertolín Group is responsible for the construction of the houses, while TOUZA Arquitectos is responsible for the design. The palace has a degree of integral protection that affects the facade and the interior staircase. This property had an important deterioration due to various occupations that has suffered throughout its history, but also for the different works that its previous owner undertook at.

Our work during the last year has been to modify and request all the necessary licenses to carry out this project. The rehabilitation project we have designed aims to highlight the three most emblematic elements of the building, the façade, the passage of carriages and the apple patio.
