This technology complex arose from an analysis of the plot’s physical structure, from planning and from the requirements presented by the client, so the proposal was to organise it as a complex of differentiated pieces whose connections gave the perception of a unit. These elements are arranged by means of open walkways and light canopies, enhancing the appearance of open spaces and enabling an optimal sequence of works during construction.

The whole design process applied a strategy of accessible, sustainable building, by applying passive measures like studying the orientation of facades and general volumetrics, the use of cross-ventilation and other resources like geothermal energy, re-use of rainwater or micro-cogeneration for SHW. The result is an efficient, modern complex.
