This project was the result of a restricted tender called by the CPS Group for their new central offices, in which the Studio was awarded the contract. The building, currently under construction, stands in Leganés Technology Park, and will comprise 13,000m2 constructed surface area. It is set to become a benchmark for bioclimatic architecture and an example of accessibility, sustainability and eco-efficiency in the Community of Madrid.

In this respect, the building will receive geothermal, photothermal and photovoltaic energy, and its facades are carefully designed according to their orientation, including double panels of slats on the most exposed parts (south and west) allowing a reduction in energy consumption for air conditioning. Furthermore, a series of courtyards and openings have been designed to take advantage of natural ventilation.
