Two linear blocks that adapt to the fixed conditions of the site (a broken line), with the clear intention of providing continuity to the urban presence of the construction in its environment, and leaving open the solution of a “finishing touch” with the rest of the adjacent plot. A key feature of its exterior image is its solid volumetrics, tempered with architectural “accents”, providing modulation in repetitive harmonic volumes that achieve a “rhythmic” facade.

A continuous passage on the ground floor joins up all the front doors, as a kind of semi-permeable atrium, made up of large-sized interior patios that allow the kitchens and toilets to “open” onto them, thus providing circulating currents of air between opposing facades, improving comfort in a natural way.
