A Social Housing Complex in the Municipality of Rivas, set to be a landmark thanks to its exterior image, and for the novel use of night-time lighting systems that give the building identity using colour, by the MCI Lighting Group.

A key feature of the exterior image is its solid volumetrics, tempered with architectural “accents” such as the arrangement of the block’s corner pieces, in open square shapes, the contrast of the lines of shadow from the terraces and window boxes on the facade, and the dialogue of its “horizontal” composition with vertical elements (stairwells, elevator shafts and “bioclimatic” chimneys…).
