This involves the complete rehabilitation of the building known in Aranjuez as the “Casa del Nuncio”, located in the municipality’s old quarter. Its origins date back to theE 18th Century, with a layout different to its current one, and it belonged to the Counts of Oñate in the middle of the 19th century, who used it as a residence on the many journeys made by Queen Isabella II. It consists of a basement, ground and main floor, with a rear courtyard and stables.

There are bedrooms on the first floor and on the attic floor, where there are also other living rooms. The building has a sober appearance, in “French-influenced-Madrid” style, with bossed plaster on the facades, a granite socle, openings in the façade in vertical proportions and a mansard roof. It is currently the “Palacio del Nuncio” business meeting centre.
