CITRUS CENTRE IN LAS ROZAS

back to list

The building uses a grid-like, modular design based on a 7.2-metre module, making interior redistribution easier and minimising costs for modular standardisation. On this grid, the construction is conceived to create an extensive, luminous building for offices, with a communications centre comprised along its longitudinal side,

acting as the backbone of the complex. Its glazed facades provide illumination and ventilation to every area, combining the lightness of the glazed parts with the solidity of the opaque parts that provide balance to a conceptual, volumetric, powerful architecture.
