The most notable characteristic of this project is that 214 properties will be designed in two unique blocks for two different cooperatives. 168 properties will be built for Enfermería Hábitat Madrid Norte II (EHMN-II) Cooperative, whilst the Promoziona Valdebebas Cooperative will have 46. The common areas on the ground floor and the floors below ground level have been planned as being shared areas in the sense that both cooperatives benefit 100% from the common areas, garden and swimming pool.

A first analysis of the plot, positioned longitudinally along the North-South axis and overlooking three streets, allows a series of driving principles to be established for the project: 1/ to distinguish between the two plots along an East-West divide so that both are in contact.
