The list of requirements presented by Siemens for this complex was heterogeneous and ambitious, so the decision was taken to organise it as an open campus of differentiated pieces according to their particular uses, organised by means of walkways. This division enhanced the appearance of open areas, creating a harmonious relationship with architectural volumes. The complex’s topological organisation is related to its environment.
The side facing the avenue-boulevard of La Carpetania, which incorporates an extensive linear park, includes administrative buildings and the entrance. Along the rear border, an enclosure element is arranged longitudinally and the complex is finished on the south-east corner with a low structure acting as an architectural hinge, which can be seen from the main roundabout.
