This architectural solution harmonises the construction with the geometry of the plot and the surrounding area’s buildings and roads. The work’s major scale and the complexity of the topography, with differences in level of up to 9 metres, made classical, closed block-type solutions unadvisable, so the project involved a composition of linear blocks that adapted to the perimeter of the plot, maintaining the structure’s urban scale as laid down in the plan.

This allowed for an optimal distribution of homes, all with double orientation and cross-ventilation. Public areas in the interior also took advantage of the topography, forming a complex landscape of common zones using a play of gradients and platforms that combine different textures.
