Two-stage complex of over 700 dormitories in total, and a constructed surface area of 25.000 m2. It conserves the simple, rational volumetrics of other buildings on the Campus and exhibits the marked horizontality provided by the continuity of its façade openings and the transparency of the part below common and access zones. This singular body is the building’s main image and exhibits unique, heterogeneous, suggestive volumetrics.

Each of the four arms that house the residence’s apartments is adapted to the topography of the natural terrain, in such a way that their base starts from the physical environment at the corresponding level, without this altering the levels of connection along the corridors that distribute them. Both stages were executed in collaboration with the Barcelona-based studio CMT Arquitectes, with magnificent results.
