It is a rehabilitation performance on over 2000m2 within this historic building, fine example of modernist architecture Madrid court of the early twentieth century (the architect Cantalauva). It acted promptly on the facade, but especially on the three government levels (basement, ground and first) to unify various office spaces in a Notary (Notaries Montesquinza).
At all three levels are distinguished well the various functions (operating and file in basement, rang reception, public and low signature rooms and first floor management). Inside recover historical pieces, which are combined with a custom interior, sober, contemporary and balanced according to the representation itself the role of notaries.
