This involved the complete rehabilitation of a flat located in a classical building in the district of Salamanca (late 19th century). It has a duplex layout, whose main floor has 75m2 useful floor area, a free height in excess of 3 metres and orientation towards two interior facades. It also has an upper attic floor of 25 m2. The refurbishment consisted of giving new sense to the premises, which originally had a conventional distribution, fragmented into small rooms.

The owner, Luis Valls-Taberner, due to his dynamic lifestyle, by combining his activity as a businessman with his work as a publisher, required a multipurpose space that could let him integrate home, work and social life. The result is open and luminous, with a contemporary, eclectic style and which is, above all, highly versatile.
