The Cooperative Society “Villas del Soto” proposed the promotion of 31 semi-detached houses on the plot U-4 of the urbanization “Soto de Henares”. It is an urban area, of recent development, very consolidated in buildings of first house, with infrastructures of an excellent level, next to the new Hospital of the Henares, and to the future railway station of neighborhoods, in Torrejón de Ardoz. The project develops a solution agreed with the cooperative members and responds to considerations of quality, dimension and cost, as

well as others of equal relevance and demand related to the image of the whole, its harmonious implementation between the plots of its environment, and criteria of constructive rationality, and a good level of energy efficiency and sustainability. In short, we develop in detail the proposal shared with the cooperative members, guarantee design and quality in a sober, sustainable model, with remarkable architecture and respectful of the natural environment and its environment.
