The residential complex in Solagua consisted of two projects that included two types of homes. The opportunity to carry out an architectural intervention beyond an isolated plot offered the chance to give the site coherence and harmony. The collective housing building is arranged as two parallel blocks, organised around three interior courtyards and the communications centre, with the aim of achieving the effect of movement within a linear layout in a certain architectural order, showing the volume as a whole.
The layout of the single family homes was established on the basis of a 6.3-metre structural module, in such a way that the interior spaces of homes allow for any distribution and each module can be adapted to the different plots.
