Avanzalia is a company specialised in promoting, developing and designing renewable energy projects at a worldwide level. Its corporate headquarters, which include its Foundation and its research centre, is located in the north of Madrid, in a buiding of over 3.000 m2 where the pre-existing building had to be completely refurbished, as it was obsolete in terms of image, structure, facilities…

The project involved not only architectural intervention, but all the interior design, for both the public areas and operational zones. The outdoor areas were also refurbished
