Dao Viet (Vietnam Islands), is a competition we have done in collaboration with HTT Study for development of the master plan for a new eco-tourism city of 8 million m2 in Ha Long. With the theme of ‘The Espinadel Dragon’. An idea that is full of references to the symbols of Vietnamese culture, the dragon and the lotus flower.
