The project and execution of the Ibiza Royal Beach complex was the result of collaboration between Touza Arquitectos and the renowned Balearic architect José Ferrer Llaneras. The building occupies a whole block on Avenida Pedro Matutes Noguera, where the homes are organised in a U-shaped block, open to the sea.

They all have large balconies overlooking the gardens, cascading pools and an extension of the natural beach in an area for exclusive use, forming a series of surprising, special environments for enjoying the complex’s privileged location. It is worth noting the care taken with the interior design, along with the landscaping work and the decorative lighting, carried out by Ilumina2.
