Bext Vallecas is an ambitious project covering a constructed complex of more than 21.000m². Focused on the new forms of short and medium stay housing, thus what Flex-living is. This project has been developed by Touza Arquitectos for Bext Space Holding, a specialist in the BTR market, as a continuation of its projects in Madrid and Barcelona, with Bext Skyline and Bext L’Hospitalet respectively. Located in one of the best-connected areas of the Ensanche de Vallecas and very close to the development of Los Berrocales, the project consists of 285 flats and all the amenities that can be imagined to make life easier for users. This outstanding construction is distinguished by its ability to merge design uniqueness and construction quality. In addition, it is planned as a building with BREEAM Excellent certification, incorporating various services and communal spaces, designed to promote social gatherings and healthy leisure.

These include Co-Working areas, a Gastro room, an Audiovisual Projection room, a Gymnasium with sauna, massage room, chill-out area, a solarium with swimming channel on the roof and garden areas on the first floor. Furthermore, the flats offer comforts such as a full kitchen, Wi-Fi connection and all the necessary equipment for the day to day. Lastly, additional services such as customer service, 24-hour reception, laundry facilities, and the corresponding number of parking spaces distributed over three underground floors for both cars and bicycles.

The asset is being developed by Stoneweg Spain, which, among others, supervises the execution of the work by the ACR group, the Project Management of Almar Consulting, DAIE engineering for the structures, and i3 Ingenieros for the facilities.
