VSTUDENT SEVILLA opened its doors in September 2022. It is one of the largest student residences in Andalusia, with more than 600 beds, in a central neighbourhood of Seville (on Calle Camilo José Cela) next to the Nervión metro station, which connects to the whole city, Pablo Olavide University is also nearby, and less than 5 minutes from the Viapol faculties of the University of Seville. It is a quality construction, oriented to the service of student accommodation, capable of integrating urban fittings, design uniqueness, quality construction, and its own common areas, in a Residential model of Stable Accommodation, which incorporates spaces for social gatherings and healthy leisure.

It is located in an area oriented to university campuses, educational and training centres and postgraduate centres. A building built with the needs of the residents in mind, which includes all the comforts and easiness: comfortable rooms, cleaning and laundry service, study areas, in addition to a swimming pool, multimedia room, rooftop terrace, gymnasium, karaoke room, and social kitchen.
