The Stoneweg building, which we are currently rehabilitating, located at number 41 Calle Ferraz in Madrid, is a building built around the year 1946 and originally was intended for high-level housing, as deduced from the plans of the file of the villa and its current facade. The building is in the center of the city (Barrio de Arguelles – Casa de Campo), a place with high residential demand. It is located close to the western
park one of the “green lungs” of Madrid and a few meters from one of the streets with more commercial activity, Calle Princesa. There are houses with a large outdoor living-dining room, an access hall, a large kitchen and one, two and three bedroom typologies. We highlight that the master bedroom has the character of bedroom-suites, with dressing and bathroom in any of the options.
