This venture aimed to recover the original structure of the building, a unique property whose original construction dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. Depending on the needs of each space, the elements in which to intervene, and which to show are selected. Thus, sturdy brick walls and floors of metal joists with solid brick slabs become the rediscovered essence of the project.

The purpose of this project is to give Ramsés Group office spaces in which to integrate their entire operations team and their sales network. To that end, open plan spaces are created to take full advantage of the natural light and air. Unique elements such as the reception area or the waiting bench complete the project, which seeks modernity and functionality for the entire space.
