Located in Tangier’s tourist zone, the complex has a 5* hotel, apartments, spa, etc. The building covers the steep sea front and the apartments are irregularly terraced, allowing transversal connections in relation to the topography. The large projecting structure that houses the hotel suites overlooks the hotel entrance; the glazed socle is the main lobby, a balcony with views over the sea and the city.

The rooms are connected by a large atrium, 20 m in height, and at the level of the garden, we have the rest of the public areas. A formal, modern language, and the optimal use of lighting, materials and traditional local skills, all give the hotel a sober, cosmopolitan character.
