The project involves the complete interior rehabilitation and refurbishment of all facilities to return the building to the top-level category it deserves, due to its fantastic location, its history and its image, with maximum qualities and state-of-the-art facilities. The building was constructed for the Counts of Gamazo in 1887.

It was subsequently the headquarters of the Société Général in Madrid. The building consists of two basements below ground level, ground floor and four upper floors; all used as offices for the headquarters of the firm Afinsa, a company whose main business is tangible assets, philately, numismatics and works of art.
